Today, Nintendo of Japan has released a special Overview Trailer for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
While this trailer doesn’t give away any new information, the trailer does provide new footage of the game.

Nintendo of Japan has released a new Overview Trailer for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Additionally, according to Serebii.net, several new TV commercials have also seen release.
Concerning the new Overview Trailer, the 5:31 video provides a host of new gameplay footage for Scarlet and Violet. The video shows Trainers several individuals they may encounter within the Paldea region, while once again showing off the starters and legendaries. Of course, those looking for the starter evolutions will likely have to wait until Scarlet and Violet see official release.
The new trailer also features several cities and gyms Trainers will travel to within the Paldea region. It also shows off more of the new Terastralising feature found in Scarlet and Violet.
Personally, I think I may be looking forward to the new selfie feature that will be included with the game. Of course, making sandwiches with your ‘mon is also going to be a fun new feature.
Along with the new trailer, many Trainers are also discovering that preordering the game in Japan nets Trainers some additional perks. It seems buying both games in a combo will net Trainers new Scarlet and Violet Cutlery, as well as a new special Pikachu card featuring the Paldea starters. From reports, it seems you can get the card when you just preorder one of the games in Japan.

The card looks fantastic, and is sure to become a collector’s item relatively quickly, especially for those that enjoy both the main series games and the TCG. Concerning the TCG, the new Scarlet and Violet base set will likely see U.S. shores sometime in February 2023.
Pokémon Scarlet and Violet releases Nov. 18.
